| Comments: | When I came to Hawaii I didn't expect to hear bagpipes playing through the jungle. It reminded me of England and Burning Man all in one. Living with you John was a lesson in human generosity, you always had so much going on, but you were always building, creating, growing, sharing no matter what happened to you. There's a fire in your heart that will never go out. But there's five points to the star, John, five points to the pentacle.
You've crossed the waters of this world to live in paradise, you've delved into the darkest caves of the earth, you've heard the wind whistling through your beautiful mountains, and you've set the desert on fire with that amazing burning bagpipe. But there's one more door my friend, one more point on the pentacle, and one more star to follow.

John you're in my heart, thoughts, and prayers every day. It's very difficult for me to think I will never see you here in Puna again. I have refrigerator magnets of souvenirs from every place we travelled over the years (they're on Freddi's fridge now) and they all remind me of very fond memories with you every where we've been. John you are the most kind, loving, and generous man I know.
I wanted to let you know that it's okay to go on.
Life is just a dream. The next will be a new adventure/journey for you. I know you may have feelings of being afraid or scared and that's normal and appropriate. One day my time will come to go on that same adventure and journey and I am sure to meet up with you again. While I'm still here on the planet I will miss you until we meet again. John you're soooo good to me and you're a very good man in every way. The angels will come for you for sure and you have earned your wings to fly from waaayyy beyond the blue.
